Account limits

A few months ago, I sent the identity information requested by PayPal to the account verifier, but because the bill was not updated, they asked me for an update and I sent it a few days later.
But it's been almost two months since I've received an answer.
A few weeks ago, an email was sent to complete your identity information, otherwise your account will be restricted until April 15.
But I sent my information a few months ago and I didn't get a response from PayPal.
Even the options for submitting documents have been checked, but in the user panel, the notification for completing the identity information still remains.
I e-mailed several times and even sent messages several times through the user panel, but they did not respond.
Please advise me what to do.
