Hello I wonder if anyone can help I’ve to contact PayPal about this but under circumstance they are sending automated messages. For some reason they have blocked me from my account saying that l have abused PayPal which l don’t understand how plus I have over £200 which is on hold and can’t seem to access it would any be able to help me with this thanks
