Account Verification

Hi guys! I'm having problem with the verification process where i have to submit my proof of residency. I have submitted Gov't issued ID from my country including the same home address i registered in my account but it keeps on getting rejected. We don t own the house personally thats why i can't provide a proof of billing under my name. Its been 4 mos now since i sent them inquiry thru resolution center but no reply at all. Please help me

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
