I changed my personal name on my account yesterday to a nickname. It looked like it immediately changed on my paypal account. However today it was showing my real name again, which I had changed to a nickname. I made the change on my laptop and furnished paypal with all the Proof of ID documentation requested and it did update to my changes. Today it was showing the information prior to the change. Please help if you can. Thank you!
