Changed my password and got acknowledgement it was accepted. Tried to log in but a screen came up wanting to send me a text or phone call to verify my account. Tried to enter my phone number on file and it says it is not my phone. Tried another but unble to log in and it allowed me to change my password again but the same thing happened and I cannot get access to my account. Call help phone number and it recognized my phone number. Going in circles.
Started ebay-paypal in 1999 and left after Hurricane Katrina and came back in 2008 and been at ebay since. I am going in circles and nobody at paypal to talk to. Stayed on line over 5 hours yesterday and the "virtual assistant" never answered until after i logged aout. HELP!
