I FORGOT MY OLD ACCOUNT PASSWORD, WHEN I TRY TO FIND BACK MY PASSWORD, IT SHOW UP A PHONE NUMBER THAT IS NOT BELONG TO ME, AND I GOT A REFUND AT JAN 1, BUT UNTIL NOW I STILL HAVN'T SEE THE REFUND YET
