usb swipe device

I have been using virtual terminal and am interested in using the usb swipe device. Can I just purchase the swipe device alone or do I need to by a program as well so it will interface with PayPal? I see several options on the site that you recommended for USB devices.

You do not have to purchase separate software when you buy the Dell swipe reader whish is recommended by PayPal. Once you receive the machine you will download the software directly from MagTek.
