Hi, I have a subscription based sevice offered on my web site. I have three separate buttons, Basic ($0.01), Standard ($0.02) and Premium ($0.03) monthyl. (for test purposes i've put the amounts low so i can test different situations)
Is there a way to set these up so that if a user already has a subscription (Basic) and then clicks another button (Premium), paypal will update their subscription, instead of creating a new one?
I have tried adding modify="2" to the advanced variables of the buttons, but I am still seeing multiple subscriptions for a single user instead of an "upgrade".
does this have anything to do with the 20% price increase that needs to be between subscriptions to allow an upgrade?
i basically want to be able to allow my users to upgrade from basic to standard or premium. and vice versa downgrade from Premium to Standard ot Basic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
