Using Paypal for Homeowners Association to Collect Dues

We would like to use Paypal to collect annual dues.  I want to make sure I setup a button (to place on our website) and merchant account most appropriate for this.  Any guidance?  There are a lot of "templates" that fit this type of organization.

Hello WestbrookeHOA,

To start out you would just sign up for a PayPal business account and enter your information accordingly.  Once you have your account set up you will click on the Merchant Services tab and click on the Buy Now button icon at the top of that page.  From here you can set up a Buy Now button (which you can change to say Pay Now as well) using the form there.  This will allow your customer to click that button to submit one time payments to your account to cover  dues.  From these pages you will see that you can also set up Subscription buttons to automatically take dues from your customer's accounts as well.
