Show different e-mail address when users are paying - depending on the website they are using.

Hi, Would like to ask if it's possible to show a different e-mail address depending on the website the customers are paying on.

For example I have 3 different sites which offer 3 different services. I don't wish to link them to the same company but i want to have the payments paid on the same paypal account which i can withdraw on the same credit card i have on.

Site A shows name and e-mail:  SITE A - info at sitea.com
Site B shows name and e-mail:  SITE B - info at siteb.com
Site C shows name and e-mail:  SITE C - info at sitec.com

is that possible and if not what are the solutions?

thanks

Hi zlw,

Welcome to the community! 😄

This is definitely possible.  You can have up to eight active email addresses on your account.  As long as the email addresses are confirmed, any one of the eight emails can be used to receive payments.

Another option is to use a custom checkout logo for each site.  You can learn more about customizing the PayPal checkout pages here:

Co-Branding the PayPal Checkout Pages

These customizations can also be specified on a per checkout or per PayPal button basis.  The variables for this can be found here:

HTML Variables for Displaying PayPal Checkout Pages

There is one other thing that I would want to warn you about.  While you can customize the checkout experience, the customers will still see only one business name and email address in their transaction history.  They would also only see one business name on their credit/debit card statement.  It would be beneficial to warn your customers how the charge will appear on their credit card statement so they know what it was for.  You can customize the credit card statement text from your PayPal profile settings.

I hope this information helps! 🙂
