I have just opened my paypal account, but I can't work out how to set a minimum spend so that the purchase will not be allowed unless the customer spends over £20 (for example). If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. Thank you 🙂

Hello,
This is not a feature available in PayPal at present unfortunately.
You would need to developer this yourself and check for the total amount before sending the buyer to PayPal.
I know this is an option in some of the popular shopping carts; you may want to look at e.g. osCommerce, Zen Cart and Magento to see if they support this functionality.
