I need to ship a large manila envelope 9 x 12 x 3/4 that weighs 4 ounces. My choices from Paypal
are two expedited charges of between $12.00 and $16.00. I need to be able to use regular
shipping as I have always done before with Paypal. HELP!!! Med Welch
