After logging in to Sandbox, I chose Enter Sandbox Test Site, enter that login information correctly, and then I get System Error page for this page https://paypalmanager.sandbox.paypal.com/login.do
Paypal Developer site and X.com has been nothing but trouble since many of the pages, links and site features DO NOT function properly.
