Hello, we are a company using Magento CE 1.4.1 and we are having a very annoying problem on the payment process for our sites that use the Paypal Pro and Express Checkout module.
1) When a client, on the checkout already, choose Paypal payment method, the site takes you to Paypal site.
2) Once in Paypal users can choose between pay by their Paypal account (if they have one) or pay by Credit card
3) When choosing pay by Credit Card, users type the details and when they hit "pay now" it takes you back to our site, to review and confirm the order before payment.
Until here everything is fine...
4) but when the users confirm on this page on our site... It takes them back to Paypal... but here it gives an error saying this "At the moment this payment can't be process using you Paypal account"... and then gives users the only option of going back to the merchant site.
5) When users click to go back, it takes them to the "My cart" page where it says that the cart is empty.
The funny thing is that, after all this back and forward, then the error... Paypal process the payment as usual and Magento records the order as usual too... But the client thinks that the payment didn't go through, neither the order!!!
I believe the problem happens because that "confirmation page" (http://..... .com/paypal/express/review/) on our site isn't passing the proper parameters to Paypal...
I just can't figure out what is it..
DID ANYBODY HAVE THIS PROBLEM???
I´D REALLY APPRECIATE SOME GUIDE HERE.. I´M COMPLETELY LOST
