I need to be able to sell multiple items on my site with multiple choices under each item. 

Is there a way to do that so that the items can all be chosen before you push the add to cart button?

I would like to know if there is an option I'm missing for additional drop down menus with price option. I know there are additional drop down menus available but not with the price option. This means that if I have more than one item that has multiple prices, I think, it wont add it together automatically if I have to use the drop down without the price option. Is that correct? I'm apologize if this is confusing I'm getting confused trying to get this darn button to work.

Welcome to the Forums.

If I am understanding you right, you would like to add additional drop down menus to offer additional options for one product? If you create a PayPal button in your PayPal account and add additional options the additional options will not add to the PayPal shopping cart. Here is an example and the last option is the only option that would show up. If you would like you can hop on over to the PayPal Developer Forum and see if they have a solution for you. Another option you can look into is a third party shopping cart. I hope this helps.
