Payments with credit card to Pay Pal

I have a Merchant account, can a customer make a Payment to me using their credit card without having their own Pay Pal account?  What are the steps?

Hello MaximRio,

You can send a Money Request to anyone with an email address. When the Money Request is paid, the money is added to your PayPal account balance.

Here’s how to send a Money Request: Log in to your PayPal account, Click “Request Money” near the top of the page, Enter your information, and then click “Continue," Review your request, and then click “Request Money.”
