Payment to us needs to be manually

My payment info is coming in as "Authorization From" in the status and I have to manually "capture" for the transaction to go through. What are we doing wrong?

I have had this problem this morning. I usually mark as shipped from prostores which automatically captures the funds to my paypal account. However this morning I had to log into paypal to capture the funds , something was not working as normal.
I am also getting this error message alot when navigating my paypal account ,
