Payment not showing in our account

Customer has receipt of payment but payment has not shown up in our account after 2 days .

Hello printlink,

 

Welcome to the Forums.

 

Generally when the buyer has a receipt for a transaction and it is not showing up inthe sellers PayPal account it means the payment was sent to the wrong email address. Check with the buyer to see what email address the payment was sent to and if it is your email address I would contact PayPal directly to see what is going on with the payment. I hope this makes sense.
