My business is service oriented and I use PayPal for billing only.
How can I remove the shipping related items from my invoices and keep from having to say it is shipped when there is nothing to ship?
It also doesn't make sense to send an shipment notification to the customer.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
