How to test a shopping cart

I have the standard payments account with recurring billing upgrade.  Is it possible to to test the process (and my Aweber integration) before I go live?

I had this question myself and was told to enter an order using my credit card, then immediately issue a credit.  There is no transaction fee resulting from this process.

We have a standalone 'copy' of the PayPal system running in test mode, called the 'PayPal Sandbox'.

However, since the Sandbox is a standalone copy of the PayPal system, it means you'd need to re-create an account within the Sandbox, set up the buttons within Sandbox, etcetera.

This is ideal for advanced integrations using our "API's", but less so if you simply want to test a couple of buttons, hence the earlier advice you got.
