Is there anyplace on PayPal where merchant service users can suggest/request new features they would like to see added, or complain about bugs in the system, where there is a chance they will get seen by someone who might actually be able to do something?
PayPal certainly does appreciate any positive or negative feedback, we are always working to improve our customers experience. You can scroll down to the bottom of any PayPal page and click on site feedback to submit your suggests and requests for new features you would like to see added or complain about bugs in the system. You can also go to the PayPal Developer web site and post feedback on the Forum. I hope this helps.
