Is there a way to add a promo/discount section to check out? I would like to offer 15% off of an order, but I do not know if this can be done, or if I just need to create new button with the discounted prices already included?
It's not possible by default for Website Payments Standard buttons. There are some workarounds, but they would typically require more development work than simply replacing the button would.
