How do I use a customer's CC info to process payment on an invoice for them?

Hello Scotlandcall, 

Welcome to the Forums. 

 Unfortunately there is not a way to process your customer's credit card information for them using the invoice option. However, you can apply for the Virtual Terminal if you would like to process a credit card for your customer. You can apply by logging into your PayPal account, click on the Merchant Services tab, click Virtual Terminal on the right and finally click Apply Now. I hope this will help.
