I have had several ebay customers complain that they are unable to pay. When they attempt to check out they get a message that their telephone number is required even when they type the number in. How do I remove the requirement for a tel #?
Nobody knows? or nobody cares? I did finally find the page where one can set the option of " contact telephone-on optional, on required or off (recomended)" I was set to off. I changed it to on optional & somehow my 2 customers were able to pay.
