Customize Receipts

I was wondering how to customize my receipts. I run a self publishing comic book company. And as of this point, I'm not selling anything on my website, but I do have a "donate" button. Is there a way I can find/change the receipts to say something more along the lines of "thank you for your donation" or whatnot?
