Hello PridezionLabs,
Welcome to the Community .
You can send your client an invoice through your PayPal account just as you would when you invoice a client in the United States. Log into your PayPal account, click on Request Money, click Create Invoice, fill out the invoice and send to your client. When the client pays the invoice you can change your account settings to accept CAD or the money will convert to USD, the sender will be able to view the conversion rate at the time of the transaction. I hope this helps.
