Email Donate Button Will not work

I am trying to add a Donate button to an email but it is just showing up as the link.  It is not a "Button".  Here is the code that was provided for Email

Is it supposed to show a link?  I thought an actual Button should appear.  Thanks!

Yes you are right, it is suppose to show as a hyper- link when creating an email button.
