Disable Shipping for Some Orders (Cart Upload Mode)

I'm having trouble figuring out how to disable shipping for individual orders in Cart Upload mode.

I've tried

<input type="hidden" name="shipping" value="0.00" />

 but it still shows up with a shipping charge. What do I do?

Oh, and before you ask, I did set "Use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator's settings" to Yes.
