Customer not receiving email confirmation regarding their order

I just created a website using paypal shopping cart.  A customer placed an order and I received the email notification that order was placed, but the customer did not receive an email confirmation regarding their order.

Is there a way to set that up?  I want to make sure the customer receives an email.
