Charge credit card (AMEX) within paypal website

Hi.  How ould you process an amex charge to a customer thru the paypal account (no own website or buttons to click) ... similar to having a credit card machine and swiping the card.

To charge a credit card you can apply for Virtual Terminal it allows you to charge Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You can take an order face-to-face, over the phone, fax and email. Once you get your customers information log into your PayPal account and charge the card.
