Can't cancel members subscriptions

I'm trying to delted automatic subscriptions.  I go to the Recurring Payments Dashboard and click on all the members I want to cancel the subscription.  After I hit "Cancel" and say yes to definitively cancel them, a window at the top of the page says: "Unable to cancel all the selected profiles".  What else can I do to delete all the subscriptions.  I don't want to affect my members with recurring subscriptions.

Welcome to the Forums.

Depending on how many subscriptions you need to cancel you could try to delete a few at a time rather than deleting all of them at the same time. I am not sure what would cause you to get that error message. I hope this will help you otherwise you can call PayPal directly to see if we can go through it together to find the problem.
