Can I use a custom banner that I made with the PayPal Logo in it?

I have created a couple of banners that include the Pay Pal Logo for a ToolKit that I am working on to help with ASP.NET integration with Pay Pal services.

The toolkit by all means is not profitable and is completely Open Source!

All I need to know is the exact statement in Pay Pals terms and conditions that either Allow or Disallow this usage and if not a statement from Pay Pal would be great.

The one thing PayPal does make clear, you cannot alter any of their graphics in any way.

Ok but this did not answer my question!

Where is this documented?

I have not modified the images! Just added it to another 1.

I have simply got the Payments by Payal Logo on a banner for a ToolKit!
