BuyNow button variable names

Where do I get an accurate list of BuyNow variable names?  I have posted this question to the forum and have received no response.  I need help.

Whoa! It's been 10 days and no one's responded to your question! PayPal's pathetic when it comes to tech support, I guess.

Anyway, there's an excellent Dec 2010 document:
