I have successfully created a Subscribe button with two text boxes. I have tested it and the payments are made, but nowhere do I find the information from the text boxes. I am asking for a Church name and city because the name on the PayPal account usually wouldn't reflect the name of the church that is subscribing to our service.
Is it ok for you to Post your Website URL here, i will have a look on your Button in order to see why this text boxes are not reflected in teh subscription profile.
