Business Name won't change?

Whenever i enter my new business name in business name change, this happens:

Business Name: Please enter a valid Business Name with at least one alphabet letter or number and no more than 7 digits. Also please do not include Phone Numbers.

Even though I am doing exactly what it's telling me i didn't do it still won't work. Any help would be great, thanks!

Welcome to the Community .

It does sound like you are doing everything right. It sounds like you may need to contact PayPal directly and we can take a look at your account with you. 

To contact PayPal directly - log into your PayPal account, click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen and you will be given a phone number and a PIN.
