I am unable to change my Business name by following the instructions listed in help for this topic

HELP!! I've gone through a rebranding and I am unable to change my Business name by following the instructions listed in help for this topic. I see others are having this difficulty as well.

When I use the help instuctions, I'm not given a field to edit in the Business Info section.

Can someone please assist?

Here is how to change the name of your business:

1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3. Click 'My business info.'
4. Click 'Update' next to 'Business information.'
5. Click 'Change name' next to 'Business Contact Name.'
6. Select 'Business Name Change (business name)' and click 'Continue.'
7. Enter your new business name and click 'Continue.'
