im trying to set up paypal payment to facebook and its not working. i get the message Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.
i have funds in the account and i've already linked an active credit card to it too,so there are no issues.i contacted facebook and they say paypal is the issue. im currently in jordan and have not many ways to contact paypal support. for the love of god, plz help me fix this. it used to work just fine
