subscription with credit card

hi,
i would like to integrate paypal subscription (recurring payments) in my website that allow users to pay with their credit card without paypal account. i am a software developer and only was able to create the payment flow with paypal account. can you please assist?

What you have in mind cannot be done with Payments Standard - subscriptions require a PayPal Account.
