Hello all,
I am creating an online marketplace to enable gamers to tip each other in the US. The tips from the donors need to be sent to the receiver and, in between, I will take a commission.
My question is if peer to peer donation would be accepted by PayPal, that they will not suspend the account or other if I begin to use them.
Also, would I need a money transmitter license while using PayPal?
If someone could help me answer those questions, it would really help!
