Hi we have taken orders through Shopify but our initial few sales (paid via PayPal) are just showing as 'payments pending on PayPal Express' within Shopify. They are not showing anywhere in PayPal and cannot get through to speak to anyone at PayPal. I have the PayPal gateway info from Shopify. How can I claim these payments?
