When i try to fill in the info to sign up for paypal here, i get the following error at the top of the page. What am I doing wrong and how do i fix it? I'm filling out all the info that each field requests, and checking the appropriate boxes at the bottom, I've triple checked at this point because it keeps throwing this error message.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
