Is it possible to add amount as query string in Fund-raising form?

Hi All, 

Need your help here.

Basically, i need to create a Donate button with an amount input field in my website and when user click on that donate button it should redirect user to the fundraiser (https://www.paypal.com/gb/fundraiser/charity/2399662) page with an amount query string and the doantion amount field in this page get default value set to the number set in the input.

Does the PayPal URL allow such an option?
