New merchant setting up PayPal payments. Three choices of which account I'd like. I'm online only, no physical products, and low volume for a while. Recommendations? Why? I'd like the customer to fill out a form for price. Example is X number of item times price each. Total in shopping cart paid with PayPal and copy goes to me. No phone orders, no fax, no mail. I plan to put the payment forms on a different secure site, registered, but for payment only. My best solution isn't??

Payments Standard should work. You can create either a Buy Now item button or an Add to Cart, when the customer pays, they can either pay with a credit card or use or open a PayPal Account, you get an email notification of the sale and a notice in your Account Activity section of the same.
