I have a new version of my website I am building and I was looking into using Braintree Payments so I could take payments wit Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay ect in one integration. I have contacted BrainTree dozens of times to enquire about coming on board with their platform using email, Phone, Web Forms ect and have NEVER had ANYONE contact me back at all. Did I say EVER???
How does this company even function??? I would be horrified if I had a technical issue!!!
Does anyone know of how to get a human from Braintree make contact with you? A contact or email address would be awesome.
