Guest checkout for Indian merchants for customers Located in the united states

Hello

I own an ecom store that has customers based in the united states after installing the paypal express checkout feature on my website I switched the account optional feature from my account to status " ON "  

When {located in India} I went on my website to test the guest checkout feature on my website by trying to make a purchase I am being told to create an account with paypal to be able to pay

Can ANY one tell me why this is happening and how I can fix this

Or is it so that it is happening to me because of my location and my customers will be able to perform the guest checkout??

Here are the options available in India. You can also find a video there that explains how Express Checkout works, This option does not include guest payments, unfortunately.
