We are looking for an option at our firehouse to collect money for our nightly dinners, electronically using Paypal. We currently have cash in an envelope and charge 10 dollars per person for breakfast and dinner for the day. We take turns buying the food and reimburse that person nightly. We feel Paypal would be perfect for us but not sure if it's permitted. >>> We are hoping to put our cash into the PayPal account and every day we work everyone can send their 10 dollars to our dinner fund. (its usually 10 people) The person getting the food can take the PayPal master card to buy the food. This way there is no cash needed in the firehouse and no chance of a misplaced envelope. Usually once per year we will have a cookout and use any excess money in our account for this purpose. In other words, this is not a for-profit account.
