Hello,

For some reason PayPal is returning that error message to a customer, but only recently.

The customer has payed two previous invoice via PayPal around $100 and $200 AUD - Both worked.

Now (with the exact same account on our website) the user has generated another invoice AUD$5260 which is generating the error message.

None of his account details were modified since (phone, email, name, location). The invoice is in AUD and will be paid with  a Canadian Credit Card

Our customers pay via the 'pay by card' feature with 'PayPal conversion over Merchants conversion'. We have several customers around the world using the same source code and they can pay without any issues.

How can I errorshoot this?

Here is our form data submitted. Private data XXX out.

rm=2&cmd=_xclick&currency_code=AUD&quantity=1&page_style=XXX&business=XXX%40XXX.com&return=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.XXX.org%2Fassistant%2Fbuy%2Fsuccess&cancel_return=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.XXX.org%2Fassistant%2Fbuy%2Fcancelled&notify_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.XXX.org%2Fassistant%2Fpaypal&custom=346&item_name=Friends+training+ebooks+credits&amount=5260.00&invoice=346&no_shipping=1&no_note=1&first_name=XXX&last_name=XXX&address1=1111+XXX+St&address2=&city=Regina&state=Saskatchewan&zip=S4T+2V6&lc=CA&email=X.XXX%40XXX.ca

Thanks!
