Dropdown Menus for customers to choose - but Paypal doesn't tell me the selection?

Morning,

 

I have just set up a website which uses a Paypal link for payments - fine,

It gives me the option of setting up a dropdown menu for different variations but when I received notification of a sale it didn't tell me the option chosen?

Have I missed something?

Vistaprint have been useless up to now, and every problem I've had so far they've passed the buck to someone else so I thought I'd ask here first because I'll probably get better help than I have been. (Plus I don't want to get frustrated today - it's too hot 😛)

You should be able to see the details of each payment you've received by clicking on the transaction in your PayPal Activity. If you're unable to view that information, it would be best to file a ticket with our Merchant Technical Support team by clicking Contact us at the bottom of the page.
