Donation Button

I use the donation button on my church website but I don't like the preset amounts.

Is there a way to remove them or change the amount displayed?

Thanks

Some people get the preset amounts while others get the regular Donation screen.  I have not seen a good explanation as to why there's a difference nor how to change the preset amounts if you get that screen however, depending on the code one uses, you can get a screen with the fixed amounts or not.   One possible work around is to try setting up the code so the donor enters an amount on your web page - below is an example:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">

<head>

<title>Donation Amount Example</title>

<!-- START META TAG SECTION -->
<meta name="Description" content="">
<meta name="KeyWords" content="">
<meta charset="UTF-8">
<!-- END META TAG SECTION -->

</head>

<body>

<form target="_self" action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_donations">
<!-- Replace "business" value with your PayPal Email Address or your Merchant Account ID -->
<input type="hidden" name="business" value="your email address or merchant account ID">
<input type="hidden" name="item_name" value="Widget Special Event">
<input type="hidden" name="item_number" value="W-SE-001">
<input type="hidden" name="no_shipping" value="1">
<input type="hidden" name="no_note" value="1">
<input type="hidden" name="currency_code" value="USD">
<input type="hidden" name="tax" value="0">
<input type="hidden" name="lc" value="US">
<input type="hidden" name="bn" value="PP-DonationsBF">
Please enter your donation amount:<br>
<input type="text" name="amount" value="">
<br><br>
<input type="image" src="https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/btn/btn_donate_SM.gif" border="0"
 name="submit" alt="Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!">

</form>

</body>
</html>

Honestly, it's a bit confusing as to what the root cause is for different screens.   This question has come up several times on the on the Merchant Support Community and still remains a mystery.
