Hello, our payment page offers a dropdown menu with several categories for people to designate donations. I need to edit this list. The instructions online say to go to "my selling tools" which I can't find anywhere. Can you help?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
